Bro now I understand why Luffy was saying to Ace that he had to rescue him because Ace was the only one he had. No one could replace the dynamic of chosen brotherhood. Gosh Luffy has been through so much and to think that so many heartbreaking major events happened to him in the span of like a week or two. Devastating.

This episode makes Luffy's breakdown in the previous arc soooo much worse!! He's not just mourning Ace's death but also reliving what happened to Sabo.. He probably feels like nothing has changed and he's just as helpless
